Photographer Brenda de Vries was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She graduated from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute in 1996 with a degree in technical apparel production, and from the FotoAcademie Amsterdam in 2003, after having photography as a hobby for several years. While at the academy she worked as traffic manager/art buyer at advertising agency BSUR in Amsterdam, as an assistant in 2003, and as a full-time, freelance photographer in 2004. Her images are simply stunning.
